How do I sign up?

  • There are three ways to sign up.
    • From your PC visit www.myinboxnow.com
    • From your mobile browser
      • send command “optin”  to 94345.
      • You will receive a link to complete registration. 
    • Send an SMS command “optin <EmailAddress> <EmailPassword> to 94345.

How do I read my whole email?

To read your whole email type READ < Email ID>
The system will send you multiple SMS notifications containing the rest of your email message.

Why do I need to give you my email address and password?

The service requires your email address and password to authenticate your email to begin receiving SMS messages.

Is there attachment support available for myinboxnow.com Email?

Yes, you can open and view attachments on your WAP or mobile browser where attachments are supported. A data plan is recommended to view large files.

How much does it cost?

Myinboxnow.com does not charge for text message alert and search services, but your carrier's text messaging fees still apply. User may receive up to 100 mgs/day. Cost of the service is $0.00. Data and messaging rates may apply.

How do I terminate the service?

To terminate the service, send 'STOP ' example: 'STOP myemail@domain.com' or 'STOP' to optout from all.
Or logon to myinboxnow.com, go to Setting page and unsubscribe the service.

Do I need a data plan?

No you do not need a data plan to use our service.

How many email accounts can I set up?

You can subscribe to as many email accounts as you like; they will all be displayed in your account inbox.

Will I receive advertising when I use myinboxnow SMS Email?

You will receive ashort advertising message in the footer of your SMS notification.below your message.

How do I change my device carrier?

You can change your device carrier by logging into your account and clicking on the “my cell” link and then clicking on the edit link. You will see a dropdown option to change your device carrier.

How do I edit my primary account?

To edit your account, login and click on settings, on the right side of the page you will see your email address or addresses. Click on the email address of your choice to edit that account.

How can I delete my account?

To delete your account, login and click on settings, on the right side of the page you will see your email address or addresses. Click on the email address of your choice to edit that account. When that email address is selected you will find there is an option to delete that account.
